Simone Ashley’s Outstanding Contributions to be Recognized at 2024 Monte-Carlo Television Festival
Simone Ashley is set to be honored with this year’s International Golden Nymph for Most Promising Talent award at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival. Known for her role as Kate Sharma in the popular Netflix series Bridgerton, the British actress will be presented with the award during the festival’s opening ceremony on June 14.
Ashley’s career has been on the rise, gaining recognition after her appearance in Netflix’s acclaimed British teen drama Sex Education. She has also been featured in prominent Hollywood projects, such as a significant supporting role in Disney’s recent live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid and a leading role in the upcoming Amazon MGM Studios film Picture This. Fans can expect to see Ashley reprise her role as Kate Sharma in the third season of Bridgerton, set to premiere in May.
