Zoë Kravitz’s directorial debut, Blink Twice, has received praise from both audiences and critics alike. However, Kravitz faced challenges on the first day of shooting and needed a pep talk from Channing Tatum to continue with the film.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kravitz revealed her initial fear and overwhelming experience on set. She described a chaotic group scene involving the entire cast by the pool, making it challenging to direct.
Reflecting on her struggles, Kravitz admitted to feeling overwhelmed by the intense filming process in Mexico. She recalled Tatum giving her a motivational pep talk after a particularly tough day.
To manage the stress, Kravitz acknowledged that she could have broken down filming into smaller segments to alleviate the pressure. Once she found her groove, she felt more confident and focused on the project.
