While waiting, she had enjoyed rehearsing with her band every night, a process she enjoys because it allows them to make music without the pressure of performing. She mentioned, “when we do perform in front of an audience, we’ll just do our thing as always.”
This time, she has a newfound outlook on life, stating, “One with the universe, be breezy and don’t overthink things too much. I’m sure the experiences we’re about to have with the Stones and AC/DC will also inspire us. Everything happens for a reason, so there will be songs that haven’t been written yet.”
A lot has happened to prove to Momsen that trusting her instincts at a young age was the right choice.
For child actors navigating life in the public eye, Momsen advises them to “know it’s a bunch of crap. Do what you love, focus on your craft and yourself as a human being, and take care of yourself.”
