Grace Kelley, daughter of Wynonna Judd, arrested for indecent exposure
Grace Kelley, the daughter of Wynonna Judd, is facing legal issues.
On April 5, the 27-year-old was arrested in Alabama and charged with indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, as per Elmore County Sheriff’s Department records seen by E! News. Both charges are misdemeanors.
According to charging documents obtained by AL.com, Grace allegedly exposed her breasts and lower body at a busy intersection at Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Ala. When approached by officers for arrest, Grace refused to identify herself and instead sat on the side of the road without cooperating. Her initial court appearance is scheduled for April 11.
E! News was unable to reach a lawyer representing Grace for comment.
Grace is the second child of Wynonna and her ex-husband, Arch Kelley III, alongside their son Elijah Judd, 29. The couple divorced in 1998 after two years of marriage.
Having faced legal troubles before, Grace was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating probation in 2018, as reported by Us Weekly and Entertainment Tonight.
