WNBA Star Caitlin Clark Cheers on Boyfriend Connor McCaffery’s Exciting Career Move
WNBA star Caitlin Clark is excited about her boyfriend Connor McCaffery‘s latest career milestone.
Caitlin, who plays for the Indiana Fever, took to Instagram to congratulate Connor on his new role as Assistant Coach for the Butler University basketball team, posting in a story on Sept. 16, “Yayy!! So happy for you.”
Connor, 26, had a successful career as a guard for the Iowa Hawkeyes at the University of Iowa, where he achieved the second-best assist-to-turnover ratio in NCAA history over six seasons. He later worked as the Basketball Development Coordinator for the Indiana Pacers during the 2023-2024 season.
“After his impressive playing career, Connor had the chance to learn and contribute alongside a top NBA staff,” said Butler head coach Thad Matta in a statement. “His experiences will be a valuable addition to our team, and I’m confident in the positive impact he will have on our program.”
