The Reason Shawn Johnson’s Kids Can’t Wait for Their Olympic Trip
Attending the 2024 Olympics in Paris this summer, Shawn Johnson East and husband Andrew East are excited to support their fellow American athletes in various sports like basketball, cycling, swimming, and gymnastics.
While their children are more interested in Mickey Mouse than the Olympic events, Shawn mentioned in an exclusive interview with E! News that they are looking forward to visiting Disneyland Paris during the trip.
Four-year-old Drew and 2-year-old Jett are thrilled about meeting Elsa and Cinderella, while baby brother Bear, born on December 12, is just enjoying the experience.
Even though Shawn finds it amusing that they are traveling all the way to Paris to visit Disneyland, she hopes her children will soak in some of the American spirit at the Games. She joked about her kids enjoying the grassy areas and possibly even getting into diving during the event.
