The Reasons Why Selma Blair Would Decline to Marry Her Mysterious Boyfriend
Selma Blair is openly sharing her current outlook on relationships.
Despite having a boyfriend, the Legally Blonde actress is hesitant about the idea of marriage at the moment. Balancing her responsibilities of raising her 12-year-old son, Arthur, from her previous relationship with Jason Bleick, and managing her treatments for multiple sclerosis leaves little room for a romantic commitment.
“Juggling motherhood, career aspirations, and medical appointments leaves little time for a relationship to flourish,” Selma disclosed in an interview with Us Weekly published on July 17. “That’s why marriage is not something I’m considering right now.”
Despite her reservations about marriage, Selma couldn’t help but express her admiration for her new partner, emphasizing that he is not involved in the entertainment industry, although he has experience in production.
Jokingly, she mentioned, “I had a preference for a man from the Midwest, and luckily, I found one.”
