The Reason Why Ruby Franke’s Ex-Husband Claims to Be a “Resident Exorcist”
Ruby Franke‘s estranged husband is speaking out with more information regarding her case.
In a recent interview conducted by Washington County prosecutors, Kevin Franke—who initiated divorce proceedings against his wife in November—claimed to have served as the “resident exorcist” for her business partner Jodi Hildebrandt.
Kevin reported that when Jodi moved in with the couple in 2021 following their separation but while they still lived together, strange occurrences such as flickering lights, objects floating, and unexplained loud noises began happening, leading him to dub their house a “crazy house.”
“It was bizarre, and I couldn’t stand it,” he told authorities. “I ended up becoming the resident exorcist, a title I jokingly gave myself.”
Whenever Jodi entered a trance-like state, Kevin alleged that he would provide her with “blessings” to address the situation.
“It was a role I had to fulfill,” he explained.
With time, Kevin claimed that Jodi’s nighttime episodes became so frequent that Ruby opted to sleep in her room with her.
Kevin, who is the father of six children with Ruby, remarked, “This continued until I felt it was time to move forward with my life.”
