Britney Spears’ Current Relationship with Sons Sean and Jayden Federline
Britney Spears is embarking on a new chapter in her motherhood journey.
Recently, her ex Kevin Federline provided an update on the status of the relationship between the “Toxic” singer and their sons, Sean and Jayden, aged 18 and 17 respectively, after she gave permission for the teenagers to relocate to Hawaii with him last year.
But where does Britney currently stand with Sean and Jayden?
“Reconciliations and rebuilding relationships are complex processes that require time,” stated Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight on June 25. “It is a challenging and lengthy journey which has yet to begin, let alone be completed.”
However, Kaplan did mention a positive shift in their relationship over the past year.
“The silver lining is that the boys observed their mother’s progress and expressed a desire to reconnect with her,” the lawyer elaborated. “There have been some phone conversations between Britney and her sons, and we view this as a step in the right direction.”
