Stars of When Calls the Heart Rally Behind Mamie Laverock Following Accident
Mamie Laverock‘s fellow actors are showing their support for her.
On May 26, after the 19-year-old fell from a five-story balcony and was placed on life support, many of her co-stars from When Calls the Heart have expressed their solidarity, well-wishes for her recovery, and shared the link to Mamie’s GoFundMe page, which was set up by her parents Rob and Nicole Compton.
Lead actress Erin Krakow shared a screenshot of the fundraiser and encouraged others to donate, stating, “I just donated. If you have the means to do so, I hope you will too.” Mamie’s onscreen mother, Johannah Newmarch, also appealed for help on social media, expressing her love for the family and urging support during this difficult time.
Andrea Brooks posted on X, formerly Twitter, conveying her heartbreak and support for Mamie. Actresses Gracyn Shinyei and Ava Grace Cooper sent their love to Mamie’s family through messages.
Youth actress Kadence Roach shared childhood photos with Mamie from their time on the Hallmark show, accompanied by a heartfelt caption, “My heart breaks for Mamie and her family, I’ve donated, if you have the means to do so I hope you can support. My love goes out to you all.”
