What Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello Will Receive in Their Divorce Settlement
Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello are officially going their separate ways.
An official divorce settlement was signed by a judge on April 4, finalizing their agreement on how to divide up their assets, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
The documents state that the former couple—who reached the settlement back in February—have decided to split their belongings and property according to their prenuptial agreement. For Manganiello, 47, this meant he kept all of his personal effects, including clothing and jewelry, as well as any “earnings and accumulations” since their July 2 separation.
Similarly, Vergara, 51, will also retain all her own jewelry, clothing, and personal belongings, along with any earnings post-split.
The couple did not have to determine who would keep their homes, as the judge noted that there was no “community property” between them.
