Tori Spelling Receives Love and Support from 90210 Castmates as She Makes Debut on Dancing With The Stars
Tori Spelling is set to showcase her dancing skills on the latest season of Dancing with the Stars. Her former co-stars from Beverly Hills, 90210, are eagerly anticipating her performance and are cheering her on as she competes for the Mirrorball Trophy on Dancing with the Stars!
During a 90210 panel at 90s Con in Daytona Beach, Florida on September 14, Brian Austin Green, Gabrielle Carteris, Jennie Garth, and Ian Ziering gathered to celebrate their former co-star’s upcoming appearance on DWTS. Although Spelling was unable to attend the event, they expressed their excitement for her participation in the dancing competition series.
Spelling, 51, was announced as one of the 13 contestants on the 33rd season of DWTS earlier this month. She will be partnered with professional dancer Pasha Pashkov, who will also serve as her choreographer.
Green, 51; Garth, 52; Ziering, 60; and Carteris, 63, acknowledged the challenges of the DWTS experience but wished Spelling all the best. Green, who competed in Season 30 with now-fiance Sharna Burgess, advised contestants to stay focused and enjoy the journey as it is a demanding commitment.
Carteris expressed her excitement for Spelling’s participation, while Garth shared her confidence in Spelling’s abilities. Spelling revealed to PEOPLE that she was inspired by Green to join the show after the season 33 lineup was unveiled.
At the season 33 premiere, Spelling disclosed to her partner Pasha Pashkov that she had declined previous opportunities to participate in the reality competition series due to personal reasons, including her divorce from Dean McDermott.
Dancing With the Stars Season 33 is airing on Disney+ and ABC simultaneously. Viewers can also stream the show on Hulu the following day.
