Sharwanand Makes a Unique Entrance at Manamey Pre-Release Event – Find Out Why He was Spotted Barefoot
The comedy-drama film “Manamey” starring Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty is scheduled to release in theaters this Friday, June 7. Prior to the release, a grand pre-release event was held in Hyderabad where Sharwanand’s simplicity stood out.
The actor warmly greeted everyone with love and respect, even touching the feet of an elderly woman, which created excitement among fans. This gesture of humility has become a topic of discussion, highlighting the genuine modesty of the charming star and capturing the hearts of many.
Another highlight of the event was Sharwanand’s all-black look. He is currently observing Ayyappa Deeksha, a 41-day fast before visiting the Sabarimala temple for prayers. This spiritual journey includes wearing a mala, all-black attire, walking barefoot, and refraining from cutting/shaving hair, a practice followed by many celebrities like Ram Charan and Ajay Devgn.

In his speech about “Manamey,” Sharwanand talked about his preference for films that combine an intriguing storyline with high entertainment value, emphasizing his interest in being part of such projects.
The actor from “Engaeyum Eppothum” fame also highlighted that “Manamey” has a beautiful storyline centered around spending quality time with loved ones.
During the event, Sharwanand mentioned the original plan to host the event in Pithapuram but had to change due to permit issues. He assured that the success meet of “Manamey” would take place in Pithapuram.
Prior to discussing “Manamey,” Sharwanand congratulated TDP supremo Nara Chandra Babu Naidu on his upcoming fourth term as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. He also extended warm wishes to Janasena leader Powerstar Pawan Kalyan on his election victory in Andhra Pradesh.

The 2-hour, 35-minute comedy-drama “Manamey” has received a U/A certificate from the censors and is set to release in theaters on June 7, 2024.
