The actor was joined on the show by Holly Marie Combs, Rose McGowan, Brian Krause, Drew Fuller, and Dorian Gregory, who all worked with Doherty on the show Charmed.
During the podcast, Combs brought up Green’s past relationship with Doherty, a fact that she had recently learned. She praised Doherty for her honesty and authenticity.

Green and Doherty met on the set of Beverly Hills 90210, where they played David Silver and Brenda Walsh. Despite not dating on the show, they developed a relationship off-screen.
In a separate podcast episode, Doherty admitted to secretly dating Green during Charmed without the cast’s knowledge.
Green confessed that they were warned to stay away from each other, but they didn’t take it seriously.
Shannen Doherty passed away in July 2024 after battling breast cancer.
