In a TikTok video posted on May 19, Kelly stated, “No one—not even Zac Brown with all of his money, power, celebrity, and lawyers—can stifle my right to express myself through art or, though I have refrained from doing so publicly, to discuss the circumstances surrounding our pending divorce.”
Despite initially choosing to remain silent about their separation, Kelly refuted the claims that she had shared confidential information about Zac’s business on her Instagram.
Concluding her social media post, the 33-year-old asserted, “Like Zac, I too have legal representation, and I will share my side of the story in court — where he has unnecessarily involved me.”
