Many Swifties are speculating that the album is inspired by her ex, Joe Alwyn. This assumption is based solely on the title, tracklist, and bonus songs. However, there is significant evidence to support this theory. Some fans also believe that Taylor’s brief relationship with Matty Healy could have influenced the album.
Nevertheless, Taylor has been working on this album for two years, while her relationship with Matty Healy only lasted a brief period last spring.
