Universal Unveils Announcement Trailer for A Quiet Place at Halloween Horror Nights 2024; Watch Now

One of the biggest horror franchises, A Quiet Place, is set to join Halloween Horror Nights 2024 at Universal’s Florida and California locations. This exciting news coincides with the upcoming release of the franchise’s prequel film, A Quiet Place: Day One!

On Thursday, June 6, Universal Studios announced the latest attractions for this year’s Halloween festivities. Guests will have the chance to immerse themselves in an A Quiet Place-inspired environment and experience “silent storytelling” starting on November 3, 2024.

John Krasinski, the director and star of A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place Part II, will bring this immersive experience to Universal Orlando Resort in Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood in California.

This post-apocalyptic world will feature alien creatures attracted to sound. Guests will visit iconic locations from the film, such as the “Abbott family’s shelter” and the root cellar where Evelyn Abbott (played by Emily Blunt) hides from a creature while giving birth.

The haunted houses will utilize unique sound design, special effects, and skilled performances to create the same sense of dread found in the films, as stated in a press release from the Studios.

American Sign Language will be incorporated into the experience

ASL played a critical role in the films and will be integrated to enhance the Halloween Horror Nights experience. According to the press release, the haunted houses will capture the authenticity of the films.

The deadly creatures’ growls will follow guests, ready to hunt them down if they make a sound. This announcement comes just before the highly anticipated release of the franchise’s prequel, A Quiet Place: Day One.

The film follows the chaos that ensues in New York City on the day the creatures first appear on Earth. Stars like Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn from Stranger Things, along with other A-list actors like Alex Wolff, Djimon Hounsou, and Denis O’Hare, will feature in the movie.
