Actress Elizabeth Reaser from Twilight Tied the Knot Privately 8 Months Ago

Elizabeth Reaser, known for her role as Esme in the vampire saga, recently revealed that she and her now-husband Bruce Gilbert had a private elopement in Italy in August 2023.
“Originally, we were planning a large guest list but we quickly realized it wasn’t right for us,” Elizabeth shared with Vogue in an article published on April 4. “So, we decided to elope with a few friends as witnesses.”
Among those friends were celebrity couple Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor.
Elizabeth and Bruce first crossed paths in 2017 while he was walking his dogs in their shared Silver Lake, Los Angeles, neighborhood and she was hosting a dog playdate. As Elizabeth puts it, “Our dogs brought us together!”
After five years, Bruce proposed in Italy at Elizabeth’s favorite spot, Hotel Il San Pietro di Positano, and the couple decided to tie the knot on the Amalfi Coast the following year in 2023.
