Travis Kelce Reveals Insights into His ‘Special’ Relationship with Taylor Swift- Despite Normally Being ‘Guarded’ about Personal Life!
Travis Kelce is all about his Lover!
In an interview that resurfaced on social media over the weekend, recorded last week ahead of the Super Bowl, the Kansas City Chiefs star opened up about his relationship with Taylor Swift! Radio host Laura Okmin complimented the tight end, saying “love looks good on you,” to which he responded “thank you, I appreciate it” before he gushed about his girl in a rare moment of candor about the relationship.

It’s clear that Tay Tay and her man are comfortable putting their love out there for the world to see, but the NFL star is still “guarded” about their relationship, and wants to balance it with his career, despite being more in the spotlight than ever with the musician by his side:
“Well, the biggest thing for me is … I never want the people in the building to ever have the idea that I’m not focused on the game, I’m not focused on being my best at football and not having all my focus and all my attention to my craft and making sure that I’m accountable in the biggest game of our lives. With that being said, I do, you know, have a guarded approach to it. But at the same time, I know what me and Taylor have is special, so I get [the interest].”

Laura went on to ask him if he was “aware” of the impact Taylor is making for young women who are suddenly gaining interest in football because of their romance. Trav said it’s been “a fun ride” and has been “beautiful” to see all the connections fathers and daughters are making from it:
“I’m very aware. And obviously, this is mostly because Taylor’s in my life now and we got her [to be] part of Chiefs Kingdom, and sure enough, that brought an entire entourage of human beings who just love to support her and love to support everything that she’s about.”
All in all, he called the past year “a lot of hard work” mixed in with “a lot of happiness”. How cute!
