Tower of God is gearing up for Season 2, scheduled to debut in a few days. Crunchyroll has unveiled a special sneak peek of the first episode, showcasing a new look for the anime as it delves into a new arc set six years after the conclusion of the first season. This highly anticipated return is part of the Summer 2024 anime lineup.
Crunchyroll will be streaming Tower of God Season 2 in various regions including North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS. The original Tower of God webcomic by SIU, available on WEBTOON, first premiered in June 2010 and has since released 14 physical volumes in Korea. The anime adaptation, produced by Telecom Animation Film and directed by Takashi Sano, initially aired in April 2020.

Crunchyroll has shared an exclusive sneak peek into the upcoming second season of Tower of God, offering a glimpse into the final episodes of the first season as a refresher for fans and a preview of the season premiere. This early look provides fans with a preview ahead of the official premiere.
Tower of God Season 2 is set to debut in Japan on July 7th and will be available exclusively on Crunchyroll for fans in specified regions.
Directed by Akira Suzuki for The Answer Studio, the season features an ensemble voice cast including Taichi Ichikawa, Yuma Uchida, Sayumi Watabe, Saori Hayami, Yu Shimamura, Saki Miyashita, Kenichiro Matsuda, Kento Shiraishi, Kengo Kawanishi, Natsuko Abe, Naoki Irie, and Nobuhiko Okamoto.
Crunchyroll gives a preview of what’s in store for the new season: “Ja Wangnan faces challenges on the 20th floor and meets Viole, a powerful figure. Wangnan invites Viole to join his Regulars team, embarking on a journey filled with new obstacles.”
A brief about Tower of God
Tower of God follows Twenty-Fifth Bam, a boy trapped beneath a mysterious Tower with only Rachel as his companion. When Rachel enters the Tower, Bam is determined to reunite with her, even if it means risking everything. Along the way, he meets allies who aid him in his ascent up the Tower.
The series has inspired mobile game adaptations and merchandise, along with an anime television series adaptation by Telecom Animation Film in Japan. Crunchyroll licensed and simulcasted the anime for its streaming platform.
