Dylan Dreyer from the Today Show Reveals Potential Replacement for Hoda Kotb
“I found out about 10 minutes before the show started,” Dylan revealed. “I think that’s when everyone else found out too.”
Despite the surprising news, many members of The Today Show were there to support Hoda, who is a mother to daughters, Haley (7), and Hope (5), as she announced her decision on air.
“I felt like it was time for me to start a new chapter at 60,” Hoda shared tearfully. “I looked at the amazing people outside with their beautiful signs and thought, ‘This is the peak for me.’ I couldn’t imagine it getting any better, so I decided it was the right time to move forward.”
She expressed her intentions to focus more on her family going forward.
“Having my children later in life made me realize they deserve more of my time,” she explained. “Time is finite, and I want to give them a bigger piece of my pie. It’s the toughest decision, but it’s necessary.”
