Melanie Wilking, TikTok star, shares her reaction to Miranda Derrick’s comments on cult documentaries
Dean, Kelly, and Melanie went viral when they expressed their concerns about Miranda and Shekinah, sparking a wave of criticism on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
While some viewers thought Miranda seemed fine, implying her family was the issue, a larger number online agreed that the church was behaving like a cult, especially those claiming to have inside knowledge of Shekinah.
The dancers in the series didn’t delve into specifics of their experiences, but they mentioned that the response to the Wilking family’s video was a wake-up call that led them to sever ties with Robert, Shekinah, and 7M.
“When we heard about how people were truly treated in Shekinah, it made me realize I could be in danger,” Kylie mentioned. Kevin added, “We noticed some strange things happening.”
Aubrey remembered how Robert changed his approach after the Wilking video, urging the dancers to reconnect with their families and share about it on social media.
