During an interview on Famously Filmfare Season 2, Ranveer Singh was asked to describe the feeling of waking up next to Deepika Padukone. Describing it as a “surreal” feeling, Ranveer expressed, “May she never be affected by negativity.”
“She is so stunning. Whether she is sleeping, waking up, or in the middle of the day, she is always gorgeous. Every day I wake up next to her, I can’t believe my luck,” he added.
Ranveer Singh couldn’t stop admiring his wife, Deepika, saying that their six-year journey together has been amazing. When asked about any changes after marriage, Ranveer highlighted Deepika’s homely nature. He mentioned how he loves seeing her in that role.
The actor referred to Deepika as an “awesome homemaker”. Ranveer expressed his gratitude for having her in his life, believing she will make it beautiful.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone started dating during the filming of Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela in 2013. Ranveer also had a cameo in Deepika’s movie Finding Fanny in 2014. They later collaborated on Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. The couple secretly got engaged in 2015, later revealing it on Koffee With Karan in 2023.
Recently, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were seen at a Mumbai hospital ahead of her delivery. They were accompanied by their families to Mumbai’s H.N Reliance Hospital.
