This Summer House Star Will Not Be Returning for Season 9
Unfortunately, summer won’t be as exciting with the departure of this co-star.
Longtime Summer House cast member Danielle Olivera revealed that she will not be returning full-time for the Bravo series’ upcoming ninth season.
In a heartfelt Instagram post on June 25, the app developer expressed her decision to leave as “heartbreaking.” She explained, “Obviously this decision didn’t come without a tremendous amount of thought. Ultimately, I just need to trust my gut. If I can’t put 100 percent of myself into filming, genuinely and authentically, it really doesn’t feel right doing it in a full-time capacity. The network, production, my cast, and especially all of you deserve that.”
So, why is the 35-year-old stepping away from the show?
“Right now I need to protect and prioritize the things that matter most to me—my company, my people, and of course myself,” Danielle continued, expressing her gratitude towards Bravo and production company Truly Original for supporting her decision to take a break.
