Country Legend Joins The Voice as Mega Mentor for Season 25
The Voice is welcoming another country music icon with open arms.
Keith Urban is set to join season 25 as the newest mega mentor, as announced by the NBC singing competition series on March 24.
The Grammy winner will be offering guidance to the contestants on teams John Legend, Chance The Rapper, Reba McEntire, and Dan + Shay as they gear up for the Knockout Rounds.
This is not Urban’s first time on The Voice, as he previously served as a mentor during season 15 back in 2018.
Other music legends who have taken on the role of mega mentor in the past include Dua Lipa, Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, Usher, Selena Gomez, Missy Elliot, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Celine Dion, Camila Cabello, and Kristin Chenoweth.
Coaches for season 25, McEntire and Dan + Shay (comprising of Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney), have also previously appeared as mentors on the show before taking their spots in the iconic red chairs.
As the coaches hinted earlier on, Urban will have some incredibly talented competitors to guide towards victory.
