Chief Minister of Telangana, A Revanth Reddy, acknowledges Prabhas for elevating Tollywood to international prominence: ‘We cannot fathom the impact…’
Rebel star Prabhas has been dominating the spotlight lately with a variety of projects under his belt. He has already achieved global recognition through the success of films like Baahubali.
Recently, the Chief Minister of Telangana commended the actor for his contribution to the success of South cinema on the global stage.
During a felicitation ceremony by the Kshatriya Seva Samiti, CM A Revanth Reddy praised the Kshatriya community for their commitment to excellence in every field of work.
The CM specifically highlighted actor Prabhas, who also belongs to the Kshatriya community, for bringing fame to Tollywood and elevating its status globally.
Praising Prabhas, A Revanth Reddy said, “Prabhas, who portrayed Baahubali, brought Telugu cinema to international recognition.”
Additionally, the CM compared Prabhas to senior actor Krishnam Raju, noting how Prabhas is challenging Hollywood with his work, much like Krishnam Raju did in his time.
Prabhas has continued his winning streak with successful performances in projects like Baahubali and Kalki 2898 AD.
With an exciting lineup of future projects, Prabhas has already gained attention for his work with director Nag Ashwin on Kalki 2898 AD and other anticipated projects like Salaar: Part 2-Shouryaanga Parvam, Kannapa, The Raja Saab, and a period action film by Hanu Raghavapudi based on the Razakar movement.
