Teen Mom Maci Provides Co-Parenting Update with Ex Ryan
Amber found love while filming Marriage Boot Camp, connecting with crew member Andrew Glennon on set. The couple made their first public appearance at the 2017 MTV Movie Awards and welcomed their first child, James, in May 2018.
However, their relationship took a turn when Amber was arrested for domestic battery in July 2019, leading to their separation. After a heated legal battle, Andrew was granted sole legal and physical custody of their son in 2022.
Reflecting on her journey, the Teen Mom star shared with E! News, “I have worked tirelessly to improve myself and my relationships with my children. Despite my past struggles with substance abuse and mental health, everyone deserves a chance to grow and move on from their past mistakes.”
Determined to continue fighting for her children, she expressed, “Even if your past is not perfect, as long as you are dedicated to becoming a better and more loving person, keep pushing forward like I am. My love for my children will always fuel my efforts.”
