Amber found love during the filming of Marriage Boot Camp when she connected with crew member Andrew Glennon. The couple made their public debut at the 2017 MTV Movie Awards, and in May 2018, they welcomed their first child, James.
However, their relationship took a turn when Amber was arrested for domestic battery in July 2019, leading to their separation. Following a difficult court battle, Andrew, a California native, was granted sole legal and primary physical custody of their son in 2022.
“I have been working tirelessly to improve myself and my relationships, especially with my children,” the reality TV star shared with E! News. “Although I have been open about my past struggles with substance abuse and mental health, I believe in the chance for redemption and growth beyond one’s past mistakes.”
Determined to persevere, she continued, “Even if your journey has been imperfect, as long as you are committed to becoming a better, more stable, and loving person, keep moving forward like I am. I will never give up fighting for my children, whom I cherish more than anything.”
