Amber Portwood, Teen Mom Star, Speaks Out on Fiancé’s Disappearance
Amber Portwood is addressing the ongoing questions regarding her fiancé’s disappearance.
Shortly after Gary Wayt was reported missing by the Bryson City Police Department in North Carolina, the Teen Mom: Next Generation star shared her side of the story.
“Listen to me,” she stated during a YouTube live show with Elle Bee on June 11. “He is missing. This is a significant situation. His parents, everyone is extremely concerned. I am worried.”
Amber also clarified that there was no major argument with Gary before he went missing.
“There was not a big blowout fight,” she clarified. “He is currently a missing person. The authorities, everyone is actively searching for him. I am praying for anyone who may have any information about his whereabouts. So far, nobody has located him or made contact with him. The only information we have is that he was seen alone in a Walgreens on camera. That’s all we know.”
The 34-year-old broke down in tears during the interview.
“Please refrain from jumping to conclusions,” she pleaded. “Instead, pray. Whatever your beliefs are, just hope for his well-being.”
