Taylor Swift Includes Sweet Reference to Travis Kelce on Latest Tour Setlist
Travis Kelce will feel like he’s back in high school when he watches the Eras Tour.
Taylor Swift included a subtle tribute to her relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end in the choreography of her new Tortured Poets Department section during her Paris concert on May 9.
During her performance of the song “So High School,” Taylor and her back-up singers referenced his NFL team’s tradition of swag surfing after a touchdown, a custom she has also participated in while cheering him on at games.
In a video shared on TikTok, Taylor and her dancers, dressed in all-white, performed the dance on bleachers while singing the lyrics, “It’s true, swear, scout’s honor / You know what you wanted and, boy, you got her.”
And that’s not the only reference to Travis during the Tortured Poets era of her concert. Taylor also mixed “So High School” with “But Daddy I Love Him,” leading many to believe she was hinting that the last verse of the latter track is also dedicated to the football star.
