Tahiti’s Surfers Showcase Floating Village
Surfers were not in Paris, so they missed the news about the cardboard beds.
Instead, the Olympic surfers competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics will be staying on the French island of Tahiti, far away from the main event.
German surfer Tim Elter showcased the accommodations of himself and his fellow surfers aboard the cruise ship Aranui 5 in a TikTok video posted on July 21.
Tim’s room features a real bed, a balcony with views of the water and greenery, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay in Tahiti.
Fans were impressed by the surfers’ luxurious accommodations and predicted that those staying in Paris will be envious when they see them.
