Sunidhi Chauhan opens up about her reliance on auto-tune and her concerns: ‘I prefer singing without it even if it takes multiple attempts’

Further discussing the topic, Sunidhi explained that auto-tune can enhance a voice but is used extensively these days, making all voices sound similar. She shared her experience of working with different female singers and how auto-tune can create similarities in their voices. She mentioned that while auto-tune is not inherently bad, it should be used thoughtfully to enhance a project.
The singer also noted that many singers now consider auto-tune as a basic tool. She humorously mentioned how some singers check for auto-tune before recording, showing how it has become an expected part of the process.
