Update on 2-Year-Old Jett’s Condition Following ER Visit, As Shared by Shawn Johnson
Shawn Johnson East’s son Jett, at just 2 years old, is showing his resilience in the face of challenges.
During an April late-night incident, Jett ended up in the emergency room after accidentally hitting his head on a metal bed frame. “He got it good,” Shawn shared in an interview with E! News. “Andrew and I knew immediately we had to take him to the ER.” Despite the scary moment, Jett quickly recovered and received 10 stitches.
While Jett may now have a lifelong scar, he is actually excited about it. “The only thing he loves about it now is he has the exact same scar as Daddy,” Shawn explained, referring to a similar injury Andrew sustained in their home gym. “It worked out great,” she added, noting the identical location and stitch count.
