Shaun White Draws Inspiration from Vampire Diaries to Lift Nina Dobrev’s Spirits
Shaun White is showing his support for Mystic Falls’ beloved gloomy graveyard girl.
Nina Dobrev shared how her boyfriend of four years has been by her side during her recovery journey following a recent bicycle accident. And it involves a fun tribute to her Vampire Diaries character. The actress posted a video of the Olympian dancing in a brand new Elena Gilbert sweatshirt, featuring several of her character’s iconic looks.
“Gilbert,” Shaun exclaimed in the video posted on June 2 as he grooved around in his new gear. “I love you Gilly!”
Nina’s reaction to Shaun’s humorous gesture was full of praise. “You’re out of your mind,” she laughed in the background of the video. “I love it.”
The 37-year-old’s playful display of affection truly meant a lot to Nina.
“Life looks a little different lately,” the 35-year-old shared in a candid caption about her recovery journey since the bicycle accident on May 20. “Swapping selfies for leggies. Brace yourself for some leg content because that’s all I’ve been able to capture these days.”
