Main Hoon Na co-actor Zayed Khan reveals Shah Rukh Khan’s love for gaming; claims superstar is a competitive game geek who hates losing
“Whenever you are sad, hungry, or angry…cry just a little bit while playing your favourite video game.” This quote was once tweeted by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh is known to be an avid gamer who loves playing video games and dislikes losing. Zayed Khan, who worked with SRK in Farah Khan’s 2004 film Main Hoon Na, described King Khan as a “full-on game geek” and shared how SRK would hate losing when playing with him.
In a recent conversation with Rohit Roy for RiteBite Max Protein TV, Zayed Khan fondly remembered playing video games with Shah Rukh Khan on the sets of Main Hoon Na. Zayed mentioned how SRK would keep playing until he won.
“We used to play a lot of video games together. He is a full-on game geek. He used to hate the fact that I used to beat him in FIFA 2000. At night, after pack up, we used to play the whole time. Till he didn’t win, he used to make me play,” Zayed recalled.
Zayed Khan also praised Shah Rukh Khan for being well-prepared on set and for not putting pressure on him to perform as well as he did. He referred to SRK as an “ocean of insight” and recalled a scene where he initially struggled but was guided by Shah Rukh to deliver it authentically.
SRK’s supportive nature and guidance helped Zayed regain his confidence and deliver the scene successfully, earning applause from everyone on set.
Shah Rukh Khan truly stands as a king who continues to win hearts.
