Witness the Arrival of Every Star in Style
These red carpet looks are deserving of an award.
The 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards began on Feb. 24 at Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall, with celebrities like Reese Witherspoon, Tan France, Glen Powell, Joey King, and her Kissing Booth co-star Taylor Zakhar Perez being among the first to walk the red carpet.
American Fiction‘s Adam Brody and his wife Leighton Meester were also seen turning the award show into a stylish date night, posing together at the event.
Even though there isn’t a host for the show, which will be streamed on Netflix, there will be a number of A-list presenters, including The Devil Wears Prada co-stars Emily Blunt, Meryl Streep, and Anne Hathaway, who will reunite on stage together 18 years after their film was released.
Blunt, in addition to presenting, is also nominated for a 2024 SAG Award in the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role category for her role in Oppenheimer. (View the complete list of nominees here.)
To win, Blunt will have to compete with other nominees like Danielle Brooks (The Color Purple), Penélope Cruz (Ferrari), Jodie Foster (Nyad), and Da’Vine Joy Randolph (The Holdovers).
Meanwhile, the Only Murders in the Building cast, including Randolph and Streep, is nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series against Abbott Elementary, Barry, The Bear, and Ted Lasso.
