New Judge Assigned to Sean “Diddy” Combs Sex Trafficking Case

Diddy Charged With Sex Trafficking & Racketeering

Following Combs’ arrest based on a sealed indictment, the indictment was unveiled on September 17.

According to court documents obtained by NBC News, the 54-year-old was indicted for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The indictment claimed that Combs had been abusing, threatening, and coercing women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his behavior for over a decade, with the alleged conduct starting in 2008.

“To achieve this,” as per the documents, “Combs utilized the employees, resources, and influence of the diverse business empire he led and controlled—establishing a criminal organization whose members and associates were involved in various crimes, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”

As reported by NBC News, Combs pleaded not guilty and was refused bail.

“He intends to vigorously defend against these charges,” his lawyer Marc Agnifilo stated to the press outside the courthouse prior to the arraignment, “with complete confidence in his legal team.”
