Federal agents raid homes of Sean “Diddy” Combs
Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ residences are currently being inspected.
Reports confirm that authorities carried out searches at two of the rapper’s opulent properties on March 25, as noted by multiple sources on NBC News.
Homeland Security investigators executed search warrants at Combs’ Los Angeles home and a Miami property owned by the music icon, as per the reports.
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York conducted law enforcement operations as part of an ongoing inquiry, with support from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners,” a representative from Homeland Security Investigations stated on March 25 to E! News. “Further details will be provided as they become available.”
E! News has attempted to contact Combs’ representative for a statement but has not received a response.
An insider familiar with the situation informed NBC News that the inspections at Combs’ residences might be linked to a federal investigation involving accusations of sex-trafficking, sexual assault, and the procurement and distribution of illegal drugs and firearms, following three lawsuits filed against the 54-year-old in November. Since the investigation began, three women and a man have been interviewed in Manhattan regarding the allegations, with three more interviews scheduled, according to the insider.
