Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing more legal issues.
The rapper and his son Christian “King” Combs are defendants in a new lawsuit alleging that Christian, 26, sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by Diddy in December 2022.
Court documents obtained by E! News on April 5 reveal that Grace O’Marcaigh stated the charter was initially portrayed as a “wholesome family outing,” but it quickly transformed into a “hedonistic environment,” causing her emotional distress and physical injuries.
Grace’s lawsuit accuses Diddy, 54, of neglecting to ensure a safe environment on the yacht, as he was ultimately responsible for the charter.
In the lawsuit, Grace described working as a steward on the yacht when Christian, reportedly heavily intoxicated, came on board and began giving her unwarranted attention. She claims he then pressured her to consume alcohol that she suspects may have been spiked with drugs.
