New Allegations Surface Accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of Abusing Minors

Following Combs’ arrest based on a sealed indictment, the indictment was revealed on Sept. 17.
The 54-year-old was formally charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion; and transportation for prostitution, as detailed in court documents acquired by NBC News.
The indictment claimed that Combs utilized abuse, threats, and coercion towards women and others in his circle to satisfy his sexual desires, safeguard his reputation, and conceal his actions over a span of more than ten years, with prosecutors indicating that this alleged conduct began in 2008.
“To achieve this,” the documents explained, “Combs made use of his employees, resources, and influence within the diverse business empire under his leadership and control—creating a criminal operation involving individuals associated with crimes such as sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”
According to NBC News, Combs entered a plea of not guilty and was refused bail.
“He intends to vigorously defend himself with all his might,” remarked his lawyer Marc Agnifilo to the press outside the courthouse ahead of the arraignment, “fully supported by his legal team.”
