Savannah Chrisley labels Mom Julie’s Resentencing as “Retaliation”
“I have reached a point where I have nothing left,” she expressed. “My mother is in there. My father is in there. What do I have to lose now? I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”
Following Julie’s hearing, where her sentence was confirmed, Savannah told the press that the ruling was “completely unjust.”
Alex also commented at that time that Julie’s time in jail could have been used for rehabilitation outside of prison.
“If she were to go home tomorrow, she wouldn’t pose a threat to anyone,” the lawyer stated about Julie. “So, how much punishment, how much suffering do you need to impose? I had hoped that the court would consider this today. Unfortunately, that was not the outcome.”
