Following her film with Vijay Deverakonda, Samantha is set to star alongside Varun Dhawan in the web series Citadel: Honey Bunny, an Indian adaptation of the Russo brothers’ Citadel. She will also debut as a producer with a project called Bangaram, announced on her 37th birthday.
Citadel: Honey Bunny will feature Emma Canning, Sikandar Kher, and Saqib Saleem in addition to Samantha and Varun Dhawan. The spy action thriller series created by Raj & Dk will premiere on Amazon Prime Video this year.
