In a behind the scenes clip from Outlander, the actor who plays Jamie Fraser playfully suggested that when he and the cast attend Taylor’s upcoming Eras Tour shows in Scotland, he might try to win her over from her current beau, Travis Kelce. Sam seems prepared to be part of the romantic intrigue if she’s open to it.
“She might not know it yet,” he teased in the clip, “but once she sees me in the crowd in Scotland, she’ll forget about…him. Who knows, she might fall for a guy with a ginger wig.”
In a joking manner, Sam continued, “How could she resist? She’ll leave him behind and choose me instead.”
The 44-year-old even shared the video on Instagram on June 5 with the caption, “Welcome to Scotland Taylor!”
While Travis has already won Taylor’s heart for quite some time, with playful remarks like Sam’s, perhaps he can be promoted to the ultimate Swiftie. Considering that Travis and Taylor’s romance has endured for almost a year now.
