Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan shooting felt like ‘amusement park’ says Raghav Juyal; recalls it required him ‘to be on the set, have fun’

Raghav Juyal reminisces about shooting Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, likening it to an ‘amusement park’ and emphasizing the need to ‘be on the set and have fun’

Raghav Juyal is currently enjoying the success of the action-thriller Kill. He also starred in Salman Khan’s 2023 action-comedy, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, and received praise. In a recent interview, Raghav shared that filming these two very different genre films simultaneously provided him with different experiences. He mentioned that he had a lot of fun shooting the Salman starrer.

In an interview with India Today, Raghav Juyal shared that Kill and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan had completely different shooting experiences. He described how their worlds were so different and the shooting styles were not the same. He had to finish shooting some portions of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan while starting filming Kill.

Recalling the shooting days, Raghav said, “One was a Salman Khan film, and the other was story-driven, for which I prepared for nine months. One required me to be on set, have fun, follow Salman sir’s instructions, and come back home. That film was like an amusement park for me.”

He mentioned that while shooting for Salman’s film, the script was like fresh and hot pakoras, and everything was being improvised on set.

In the same interview, Juyal mentioned that his mother is a bit critical of his performances. After watching Nawabzaade and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, she told him she didn’t enjoy his performances. However, she loved his acting in Kill. He shared, “After watching Kill, she said, ‘This was not you Raghav.’ She was happy with that performance.”

On July 16, Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions clarified on their official Instagram account regarding the remake rights of the Lakshya starrer Kill amid ongoing speculation about the film’s Indian remakes.

The statement confirmed that only the English language remake rights have been sold and no Indian language versions have been acquired by any parties yet. The post was captioned, “Clarification regarding the remake rights of our film, KILL.”

Produced by Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment, Kill was released on July 5.
