Forensic Lab Confirms Accused in Salman Khan House Firing Case Linked to Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s Brother, Anmol Bishnoi
Salman Khan’s fans are concerned about the shooting incident outside his Bandra residence on April 14, 2024. Police claim that the shooters, allegedly hired by Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang, planned to assassinate the 58-year-old actor. Several individuals involved in the shooting have been arrested and brought to Mumbai. Forensic analysis now shows that the audio found on the suspects’ phones belongs to Anmol Bishnoi.
A major development in Salman Khan house shooting case
A significant update has emerged in the Salman Khan shooting case. According to a report by ANI, the audio recording discovered in the possession of the arrested suspects belongs to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, and matches the samples retained by the investigating agency.
The report also reveals that Mumbai Police disclosed that the audio recording retrieved from the accused’s phone was sent to the forensic lab for verification. Subsequent forensic analysis confirmed that the audio was from Anmol Bishnoi.
Salman Khan recalls waking up to gunshots on April 14
Recently, Salman Khan shared that he was woken up by the sound of gunshots on April 14 as two bikers fired shots at his Bandra residence in Mumbai. On June 4, a team of four, including a Mumbai Crime Branch officer, visited Salman Khan’s home to record his and his brother Arbaaz Khan’s statements. The interrogation lasted for six hours. Khan reportedly informed the authorities about the threat to his life and thanked them for their support.
During his statement to the police, Salman Khan mentioned that he had stayed up late after a party the night before the incident. He informed the authorities that he was woken up by the sound of a bullet hitting his balcony. Khan said that he went to the balcony to check the situation after being startled awake. Despite looking outside, he did not see anyone.

Following the shooting incident outside Salman Khan’s residence on April 14, where two men on a motorcycle opened fire, six men have been arrested. Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal were apprehended in Gujarat, while Anuj Thapan and another individual were captured in Punjab on April 26. Unfortunately, Anuj Thapan died while in police custody.
