The Japanese version of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s song Ishqyaun Dhishqyaun is stealing our hearts.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone first collaborated on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2013 movie, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. Their on-screen chemistry in the film captivated the audience, especially in the song Ishqyaun Dhishqyaun, which reflected their real-life romance.
As the couple is expecting their first child, a Japanese recreation of their iconic song from the film has gained popularity on Instagram.
Ishqyaun Dhishqyaun’s Japanese version
In the video, two Japanese content creators imitate Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s dance moves from the song Ishqyaun Dhishqyaun. They successfully replicate the actors’ energy and expressions from the original track while also lip-syncing the song’s lyrics. The female creator mentioned watching Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela multiple times in Japanese theaters.
“It’s one of my favorite Indian movies, and I’ve watched it more than 5 times. But today, finally, I watched it on a big screen with Japanese subtitles,” a snippet from her post reads.
