Queen Camilla Updates on King Charles III’s Cancer Battle
Queen Camilla is providing an update on King Charles III‘s ongoing health battle.
During a recent visit to Belfast, Northern Ireland on March 21, the 76-year-old shared how her husband is progressing with his cancer treatment.
“He’s doing very well,” Camilla mentioned after receiving a card during a visit to a deli, as reported by Hello!. “He was very disappointed he couldn’t come.”
Upon hearing a joke about men not being the best patients, she added, “I try to keep him in line.”
Although Charles did not accompany Camilla on her trip, he has been fulfilling royal duties at home following Buckingham Palace’s announcement on February 5 about his cancer diagnosis and treatment. The palace stated that although he was advised to postpone public engagements, he would continue with state business and official responsibilities as usual.
On the same day as Camilla’s visit, the King was photographed at Buckingham Palace meeting with High Commissioner of Singapore, Ng Teck Hean, and High Commissioner for the United Republic of Tanzania, Mbelwa Kairuki.
