Queen Camilla Provides Update on Kate Middleton Following Cancer Diagnosis
Queen Camilla is offering insight into Kate Middleton‘s health journey.
Following the Princess of Wales’ announcement of her cancer diagnosis, King Charles III‘s wife provided an update on her well-being.
During a visit to Shrewsbury Farmers’ Market in Shropshire on March 27, Camilla received cards for Kate from two young girls and mentioned, “I know Kate is grateful for all the kind wishes and support.”
Last week, Kate shared details about her health journey as speculation surrounding her well-being increased.
“The past few months have been extremely challenging for our family,” Kate revealed in a social media video posted on March 22. “I underwent major abdominal surgery in London in January, initially believed to be noncancerous. Despite a successful surgery, further tests revealed the presence of cancer.”
At 42 years old, Kate is the third royal family member to face a cancer diagnosis recently, with both Charles and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, also speaking out about their battles with the disease.
