Prince William Teams Up with King Charles III and Queen Camilla in Scotland
Prince William showcased his regal presence during Royal Week.
Attending the Thistle Service in Edinburgh, Scotland on July 3, the Prince joined King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh. Both Camilla and Prince Edward were honored with the Order of the Thistle, Scotland’s highest order of chivalry.
As reported by the BBC, this prestigious order, bestowed by the reigning monarch, recognizes 16 knights for their significant contributions to national life or public service, as well as royal knights.
Following the ceremony at St. Giles’ Cathedral, Camilla and Edward donned their distinctive green velvet robes and feathered hats. William also wore a velvet robe with gold tassels for the occasion.
However, this wasn’t the only recent family affair for the Prince of Wales as he fulfilled his royal obligations.
