Prince Louis steals the spotlight at Trooping the Colour Parade with his adorable presence
Kate, who last participated in a public royal engagement last Christmas, has confirmed her intention to attend the Trooping the Colour parade on June 14. This comes after she recently apologized in a letter to the Irish Guards, for missing a crucial rehearsal for the military event, where she serves as Colonel.
In an Instagram post, the princess expressed her excitement for attending The King’s Birthday Parade with her family this weekend. She also mentioned her plans to join several public engagements over the summer, but highlighted that her health is still a concern. “I am not out of the woods yet,” she wrote.
Providing an update on her health, Kate stated, “I am making good progress, but the journey through chemotherapy has its ups and downs. There are days when I feel weak and tired, and I have to prioritize resting. However, on the good days when I feel stronger, I try to make the most of my well-being.”
She revealed that her treatment will continue for a few more months, emphasizing the need for patience and acceptance of uncertainty. “I am learning to listen to my body, take each day as it comes, and allow myself the necessary time to heal,” she added.
